This isn't entirely Patterson related, but his dad is playing with a band and they have a CD coming out next month. Actually we'll have to get a picture of Patterson's shirt that says "My Dad Rocks!". He did go to a pre-recording session on Sunday and didn't cry or fuss. That could be either the music is good or his special earphones we bought work well.

Wednesday Morning
I was getting ready to head to work and drop Patterson off while Lisa was getting him ready. I started hearing all sorts of commotion coming from the coach. I missed most of the good times but here is what I saw.

Keeping up
We bought a new camera this weekend so be prepared for a lot more pictures. We're planning on taking Patterson to his first show this weekend. Our friends the Haskins live about 2 hours southeast of Nashville and have a friend that works at the Bluegrass Underground which is held in the Cumberland Caverns (http://bluegrassunderground.com/). We've always wanted to go there and we'll take pictures if we're allowed.
Here's the first picture with the new camera.

Here is a shot of the Volcano Room where the shows are held in Cumberland Caverns.

Helplessly Hoping
Sorry its been awhile. Patterson started day care last week and the ladies there just love him. We're all slowly getting adjusted back to normal life. Lisa is back to saving the children from the evils of the world. His day care is closed for an In-Service Day tomorrow (Friday) so Dad volunteered to stay home with the little man. Paul also has President's day off so it is a 4 day weekend of fun. Too bad Paul is getting over a cold.
Hildy also visited this last weekend so we'll include some pictures of her time here.

The Adventures of Patterson and Miles
Lately Patterson has been feeling the need for freedom and often just wants to lay on his back and talk to things. Today Miles jumped up next to him and Patterson slowly squirmed closer and closer. It was hilarious.
Patterson also went for his 6-8 week check up and weighed in at 12 pounds 12 ounces and measured 24 inches. He'll be the big man on campus when he starts Day Care next week.
